We had a very pleasant stay here. The location is fantastic, right in the center of the city. We loved the convenience of being close to everything. The staff was excellent, especially the concierge and housekeeping team. They were always helpful and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met. Additionally, the in-room amenities provided enhanced comfort and convenience. The room had an in-room safe, free toiletries, a telephone, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed dining in the restaurant and relaxing in the bar/lounge area.

The only downside we experienced was the surrounding environment. The hotel is surrounded by food stalls and large crowds, which can sometimes be a bit noisy and messy.

The chef lady's breakfast was outstanding, and she provided great support during our morning meetings. The hotel staff, especially the concierge and housekeeping, were excellent. The central location of the hotel was advantageous.

The hotel's location is great with a wonderful view of the city. the service is excellent with staff being friendly and supportive. Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and bathrooms fitted with modern amenities. the breakfast spread is varied and delicious, which is worth the price.

The payment system is outdated, accepting only cash which can be inconvenient , especially the elderly.

The dinner menu was not very appetizing and the quality of the food left a lot to be desired. the reception staff could have been more welcoming and enthusiastic.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during my business trip. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and coffee offered every morning as well as the high-speed internet throughout the hotel. the location was perfect as it was within walking distance of several restaurants and shops.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and the service staff did not do a satisfactory job during their daily cleaning.

Couldn't fault this hotel concerning my stay, but I noticed that the payment system needs improvement. Moreover, the availability of internet access in all rooms is necessary in this day and age.
